NAT Consulting Co. Ltd. is a B2B (business-to-business), internet-based CRM (customer relationship management) technology company. The Company provides end-to-end state-of-the-art systems to service the processes insurance companies use to manage, settle and replace property content claims.

Business Case

Property claim adjusters spend a large amount of time looking through catalogues to valuate claimed items for policy holders. A tool was required to allow adjusters to quickly and efficiently search through a large database of up-to-date consumer products and generate what is called in the industry a 'Schedule of Loss' for the respective insurance company in minutes.

Solution Profile

As all property claim adjusters use laptops, a stand-alone application was needed to allow adjusters to enter claimed items on location. A state-of-the-art interface (utlizing Infragistics Ultrasuite / Seagate Crystal Reports / MS Access) was constructed to allow the adjusters to query the database for products and generate reports.
