In order to improve the organization's service to its customers and attract new business, Live-in-Care wished to allow its customers to search their caregivers database for a suitable candidate using a sophisticated real-time matching system from the convenience of their home. |

Solution Profile
Personal and Domestic care involves many unique situations which makes it difficult for families to find a reliable candidate. A sophisticated database design was needed to allow customers to screen and correspond with available caregivers. The screening and messaging interface had to be as easy to use as possible. An effective design was used using MS Visual Interdev, Macromedia's Dreamweaver and MS Access to construct the solution for LiveInCare. |
